Dear Ian, Simon and Richard,

We and all our guests on Saturday evening were delighted with our experience at the Horseshoe.

Your planning and attention to detail, and the many kind special arrangements (purple flowers on the tables and in the lobby and tinted glasses to match the colour scheme,
to name just two) really paid off in making our wedding evening the perfect addition
to a wonderful marriage service.

We received so many thank you's and very positive comments on the food and the
extra attentive service of your staff, from our family and friends; nothing was too
much for your staff on the night.

The food and its preparation was exquisite. The antipasti was especially appreciated
by our visitors from overseas. An Italian friend complimented us (and thus you!) on
the supurb choice and quality of it. The carvery, naturally was a great treat for everybody, with each able to select their favourite meats, or indeed all of them!
The vegetarians raved about the kalubiac.

Please thank Mrs Kennedy for the wonderful desserts; it was hard to select a
favourite, possibly the cheesecake?

With our guests so happy, and full, we were delighted that you made our and their
day complete. Thank you.

Two special thank you's must go to Richard for the choice and quality of the food
and to Simon for his constant attention and staff supervision.
